    Migliaia di anni prima del presente, Keziah è stata un’organizzatrice di eventi e mostre molto conosciuta a Lbel, nonché la prima fidanzata e unica moglie di Shiphrah.

    ー Aspetto ー

    ー Corpo
    Keziah ha pelle grigio chiaro, occhi rosa e capelli biondi. Tipicamente porta i capelli acconciati in due larghi riccioli ai lati della testa; a volte li lega in una semplice treccia. In generale è poco atletica - non ha mai fatto sport in vita sua, ma ha una vita molto attiva e cammina molto; non le è mai piaciuto spostarsi in tram. Ha un fisico magro, ectomorfo, che si può descrivere come una via di mezzo tra una clessidra e un rettangolo. Ha un neo sul seno sinistro e uno nell'interno coscia destro. Ha le unghie rovinate dal continuo mangiarsele. Ha qualche piccola cicatrice sulle braccia dato che si è ferita un paio di volte mentre imparava a tirare con l'arco. Non è una persona delicata, ma prende abbastanza spesso il raffreddore. Escludendo il motivo per cui è morta (morte cardiaca improvvisa), è sempre stata in buona salute. Ha un paio di ali demoniache di colore rosso scuro, dove un osso è mancante quindi la punta distale è più corta. Le corna sono scure, corte e spesse, ricurve, una per lato. Ha delle striature più chiare alle basi. La coda è viola scuro e la punta a forma di cuore. Non ha tatuaggi, ma le sarebbe piaciuto tatuarsi alcuni versi delle sue poesie preferite.

    ー Vestiario
    Di solito indossa gonne lunghe sotto il ginocchio, con bluse e camicie leggere. Sopra indossa blazer, smanicati e cose simili. Le piacciono colori caldi e sgargianti, soprattutto per le gonne. Completa il tutto con collant e scarpe con un tacco basso, anch'esse di colori accesi. Indossa principalmente outfit comodi che può usare sia al lavoro che nella vita di tutti i giorni. Non le piacciono le gonne corte, né uscire senza collant. Ha vari abiti da sera nell'armadio, e ogni occasione è buona per sfruttarli. Possiede anche un completo per l'arefakk. Spesso si veste a strati, dato che soffre il freddo. Si è presa persino i collant foderati in pile per l'inverno.

    ー Accessori
    Indossa sempre orecchini lunghi e colorati - non esce di casa senza. Le piacciono soprattutto perle e cristalli, piuttosto che oro e argento o altri metalli. Spesso abbina un choker agli orecchini, ma non ne possiede molti. Da ragazzina portava vari braccialetti, ma ha smesso di indossarli quando ha iniziato a lavorare perché li trovava scomodi e temeva di perderli. Non porta anelli, a parte la fede. Non dedica molto tempo al trucco; le piace solo un makeup "no makeup", per coprire le occhiaie o altre imperfezioni, e il rossetto. Non le piace un trucco pesante sugli occhi, al massimo un eyeliner. Non permette mai ad Elam di truccarla. Quando legge per lungo tempo, indossa un paio di occhiali con una montatura rosa scuro e lenti larghe. In estate si lamenta sempre perché i naselli le danno fastidio.

    ー Carattere ー

    Keziah è sempre stata una donna estroversa e molto espansiva, senza peli sulla lingua, che ha nessun timore di esternare le proprie opinioni senza filtri. Questo non la rende, tuttavia, una maleducata scorbutica - fa sempre attenzione a non offendere gli altri e a ponderare le parole, quando la situazione lo richiede. In generale è dolce e amorevole, ama la compagnia di amici e familiari, per lei tutte persone equamente importanti. Adora incontrare persone nuove e stringere amicizie con chiunque. Ad esempio, aveva molti amici all’università, e anche a distanza di anni dalla triennale è ancora in contatto con molti di loro. Potrebbe spendere tutta la giornata in compagnia e non stancarsi mai - lo sfinimento la raggiunge una volta a casa. Passare troppo tempo da sola la deprime e la prosciuga delle energie; seppur apprezzi una giornata rilassante e silenziosa ogni tanto, non riesce a stare a lungo da sola.

    Parla spesso in maniera informale. E’ perfettamente in grado di sostenere una conversazione formale e professionale, ma la cosa la irrita. E’ abbastanza brava ad interpretare il linguaggio non verbale, capire che tipo di persona ha davanti, e comportarsi di conseguenza. Di solito parla in maniera veloce con una voce alta. Ha una voce femminile e carina, rilassante se non urla, troppo acuta se invece urla. Ha una risata cristallina che affascina molte persone. Quando si trova con amici stretti e familiari, impreca un sacco. Dice spesso "per tutte le stelle!" e frasi simili. Di solito quando parla non si sente il suo accento, ma lo si può notare quando è nervosa.

    Non è affatto una persona paziente. Odia aspettare, soprattutto le attese inutili. Non sopporta stare ferma senza fare nulla. Persino quando si doveva sposare non riusciva a sopportare di stare seduta a farsi truccare e acconciare i capelli. Le piace essere produttiva e non sprecare tempo. L’unica occasione in cui, invece, sa essere molto paziente è sul luogo di lavoro, quando deve pensare all’organizzazione delle mostre, al sistemare opere d’arte di vario tipo nello spazio, al cambiare e spostare finché non trova la disposizione perfetta. In questo caso, la sua voglia di perfezione prevale sulla mancanza di pazienza. Col tempo ha imparato a gestire le situazioni impreviste e non farsi cogliere di sorpresa, ma spesso non ci riesce se la situazione la riguarda direttamente. Quando è nervosa, preoccupata o irritata, tende a camminare avanti e indietro, sfregarsi le mani in continuazione, mangiarsi le unghie, picchiettare in terra con un piede oppure far ballare una gamba. Tutti comportamenti che Amelia non ha mai sopportato. Spesso si urlano addosso per questo.

    La sua determinazione a raggiungere gli obiettivi e la sua meticolosità e attenzione per i dettagli la rendono una persona abbastanza piacevole con cui lavorare, dato che ha sempre le idee chiare sul da farsi. Quando lavora con altre persone si impegna per ascoltare e venire incontro a tutti. Tuttavia, se è lei il leader, può diventare troppo autoritaria e perfezionista. Pretende molto da se stessa e dai suoi collaboratori. Non sopporta essere sottovalutata. Se qualcuno le dice “non riuscirai a fare questa cosa”, lei si impegna il triplo unicamente per ripicca, solo per poter dire “tiè, alla faccia tua”. Similarmente, detesta qualunque cosa e chiunque rovini i suoi piani. E se non ottiene quello che vuole, è disposta a ribaltare il mondo e dare fastidio a chiunque pur di averlo. Non ha problemi a rompere le scatole alla gente anche per giorni per volgere la situazione a suo favore.

    Nel tempo libero, si dedica principalmente alla lettura e all’accumulare libri (due attività molto diverse, come ama sottolineare lei stessa). Si circonda di libri d'arte, poesia, architettura e antica letteratura, in particolare ha passato molti anni ad organizzare una collezione privata di testi e riferimenti su Shiphrah nel passato e la figura di “Nurma”, con il contributo speciale di Neutronium e Higgs Boson. Fin da piccola ha amato i racconti e le poesie di una misteriosa autrice di nome “Dubsaruruk” - quando ha scoperto che dietro quel nome si nascondeva Higgs Boson, era al settimo cielo. Le piace imparare varie poesie a memoria e recitarle ad alta voce, anche in momenti a caso, per puro diletto. A volte dipinge delle illustrazioni ispirate alle sue poesie e prose preferite, soprattutto panorami e opere architettoniche. Non ha mai imparato a dipingere le persone. Alla sera, quando il tempo è favorevole, le piace andare a passeggiare per le vie di Lbel. Durante i periodi di ferie si concede vari viaggi per ammirare di persona gli edifici e le opere d’arte che ha studiato nel corso della vita. A volte, passa il tempo ad osservare Ship Devil e Shiphrah che lavorano. Ad un certo punto si è anche dedicata al creare una mappatura completa delle cicatrici di Shiphrah, perché è sempre stata affascinata dalle storie dietro tutte quelle ferite. Non ha mai lottato nella sua vita, ma ha imparato ad usare l’arco assieme a Shiphrah.

    Al contrario di sua sorella, che è una fogna con le zampe, lei non è mai stata una mangiona, nonostante le piaccia molto cucinare. Non le piacciono le cose amare, così come ingredienti molto comuni come cipolle, patate e olive, ed è allergica ai pomodori. Una volta, durante Sehila Sattillimadal, provò la fonduta di carciofo - la trovò così disgustosa che le rovinò l’appetito per tutta la giornata e persino quella dopo, non riusciva a levarsi il sapore di “quella sbobba”. Adora invece piatti a base di riso e pasta, in particolare il riso blu al cocco, uno dei piatti tradizionali di Sehila Itakka, soprattutto se accompagnato da vin brûlé alla rosa, la sua bevanda preferita in assoluto. Non è nemmeno una gran bevitrice; ogni tanto beve qualche birra con Sevda. In inverno vive di zuppe. Quando è triste oppure ha avuto una giornata difficile, si consola con biscotti, gelato e libri antichi.

    Seppure non le piacesse la sua città natale, TabamaSicshe, ha sempre amato la cultura della città e della regione intera. Adora le varie festività che si svolgono durante l’anno, vuole sempre partecipare e cerca di trascinare quante più persone possibili. Grazie alla sorella ha imparato a ballare l’arefakk, cosicché ogni anno da quando si era trasferita a Lbel potesse prendere parte allo shliret assieme a Sevda. Sehila Itakka è la sua festa preferita.

    ー Relazioni con altri personaggi ー

    ー Nello Ship World
  • Drorit Ben Tzvi: sua madre; si volevano molto bene, ma non erano mai d’accordo su nulla. Riuscivano a trasformare qualsiasi argomento in una discussione. Drorit aveva il vizio di finire le sue frasi con “poi!”, Keziah non lo sopportava. Quando si è sposata, ha indossato il vecchio vestito di sua madre. Drorit è sempre stata triste per non aver potuto organizzare un matrimonio in stile Adilla.
  • Itri Mokrani: suo padre; il suo più grande sostenitore e il membro più calmo della famiglia. Era un uomo tranquillo. Gli andavano sempre bene le decisioni delle figlie. Dimostrava di avere polso solo per fermare le follie di sua moglie.
  • Nitza Ben Tzvi: sua sorella maggiore; il membro della famiglia di cui Keziah si fidava maggiormente. È stata lei ad ufficiare il suo matrimonio. Si supportavano a vicenda e c’erano sempre l’una per l’altra quando avevano bisogno di un consiglio o di sfogarsi. Tranne quando Nitza si mangiava il suo gelato. In quel caso si picchiavano.
  • Amelia: la sua migliore amica, conosciuta all’università. Diventarono inseparabili fin da subito, hanno condiviso buona parte del percorso universitario e si sono laureate insieme. Si sono allontanate per qualche anno quando Keziah viveva a Lbel mentre Amelia era ancora a Tabama, ma questo non ha minato la loro amicizia, e il loro rapporto è tornato come all’inizio quando anche Amelia si è trasferita.
  • Ex ragazzo: ha avuto una breve relazione di due mesi quando avevano entrambi 19 anni. Alla fine si lasciarono malamente e non si sono più rivisti. Anni dopo è stato incarcerato per violenza domestica.
  • Reene: erano colleghi quando lei lavorava come archivista, sono rimasti in contatto anche negli anni successivi per scambiarsi informazioni su testi letterari del passato.
  • Tehodor: amico di lunga data che conobbe all'università, spesso hanno lavorato insieme. Ad un certo punto divenne una sorta di braccio destro. Fu lui ad occuparsi dei suoi lavori e incarichi lasciati in sospeso alla sua morte.
  • Signor Von Brandt: l’uomo con cui dovette scontrarsi quando egli ritrattò la decisione di prestare opere della sua collezione privata per una mostra al museo di storia moderna. Gli fracassò i coglioni talmente tanto che alla fine lo convinse a concederle quei benedetti dipinti. E’ un antenato di Berillium.
  • Ship Devil: l'ha sempre considerata un'amica, nonché una donna dolce che ammirava molto. Contava su di lei quando non riusciva a capire il comportamento di Shiphrah.
  • Sevda: una cara amica. Keziah era l'unica che tifava per lei quando si allenava a volare.
  • Neutronium: adorava prenderlo in giro, ma anche la sua profonda conoscenza della storia. Col tempo ha imparato come lodarlo in maniera tale da farlo parlare di ciò che voleva lei.
  • Shiphrah: in un mondo di persone che rispettano Shiphrah per il solo fatto di essere un Dio, lei lo ha sempre trattato come una persona comune, fin dalle loro prime interazioni. Non le è mai interessato quale ruolo ricoprisse - gli ha riservato un minimo grado di gentilezza dato che era uno sconosciuto, ma le è bastato poco tempo per cambiare atteggiamento e diventare più diretta e tagliente con le sue parole. Capì in fretta che era l’unico modo efficace per approcciarsi a lui. Altrettanto in fretta se ne innamorò. In generale, ha sempre rispettato la sua inesperienza e il fatto che non fosse abituato ad essere amato, ma le è capitato di sbagliare ed essere troppo frettolosa. Quando ci ripensa si sgrida da sola, nonostante nessuno l’abbia mai incolpata di nulla. Anche dopo averlo conosciuto più a fondo e aver scoperto il suo passato, compreso il capitolo “Nurma”, così come il lato violento della sua personalità, non ha mai avuto paura di lui. L’unica cosa che veramente detestava di lui era il fatto che ogni tanto scomparisse senza prima dirle dove si sarebbe andato a cacciare; cercarlo per mezzo mondo la faceva sentire una stupida. Vivere con Shiphrah è stato come andare sulle montagne russe - ogni giorno la poteva aspettare una sorpresa a cui non era affatto preparata. Ad esempio, il fatto che non provasse dolore la sconvolse. Rimase ancora più sconvolta quando scoprì che non provava nessun tipo di piacere sessuale o sensazioni simili, inoltre le sembrava ingiusto che lei fosse l’unica. In compenso, apprezzò molto scoprire il proprio corpo e punti deboli assieme a lui - non avrebbe mai pensato che potessero piacerle le sue mani fredde lungo il proprio corpo. Ha sempre amato le sue cicatrici; lei stessa, quando lui doveva decidere che tipo di vestito far realizzare per il loro matrimonio, gli disse di non coprirle. Inoltre adorava la sua coda.
  • Elam: suo figlio, che ha tanto amato e di cui era molto fiera. Ha sempre temuto di non essere in grado di crescerlo bene; col tempo quella sensazione diminuì, ma non scomparve mai del tutto. Spesso lo portava alle sue mostre e lo coinvolgeva nell'organizzazione di esse. Le sarebbe piaciuto se anche lui avesse avuto la coda piumata, così avrebbe avuto due persone a cui dare fastidio.

    • ー Nel Ne-no-Kuni
  • Roc Hijohshiki: lo ha conosciuto una volta sola, ma gli ha fatto una pessima impressione, così come tutto il resto del Ne-no-Kuni. Non capisce cosa ci trovi Amelia.
  • Daimajo: l'ha incontrata mentre visitava il Witch World assieme a Sevda - la mette in soggezione.

    ー Aspetto
    Elam è un ragazzo alto e snello, a cui piace accentuare le forme del proprio corpo con vestiti aderenti e pantaloni a vita alta. Probabilmente non ha nulla di basso in tutto il suo armadio. Di solito indossa bluse leggere a stampe colorate, a volte aggiunge un gilet o un top simile dello stesso colore della blusa. Porta gioielli vari tra cui orecchini, spille e bracciali. Ritorna spesso il tema delle stelle nel suo vestiario, a prescindere da cosa indossi. Adora gli stivali alti, oltre il ginocchio, ancora meglio se è alta anche la suola. Adora il verde, deve sempre indossare qualcosa di quel colore.

    Da piccolo aveva i capelli completamente biondi, ma crescendo il biondo ha lasciato il posto all’azzurro ed è rimasto nelle punte e in qualche ciocca. A volte si fa i colpi di sole. Porta spesso i capelli sciolti, ma li lega in un foulard quando lavora o fa caldo. Anche lui ha delle striature più chiare alla base delle corna. Ha ali rosso scuro e non ha una coda. Ha un’aureola azzurra come Shiphrah. Ha gli occhi rosa e un neo sotto l'occhio destro. Adora truccarsi fin da quando era bambino, gli piace soprattutto dedicare molto tempo ad occhi e guance, spesso si disegna lentiggini colorate e piccoli simboli. Ha un tatuaggio di stelle rosa e blu sull’avambraccio destro che prosegue in una fila di stelline rosa sul pollice. Detesta lo smalto alle unghie.

    ー Carattere
    Elam è un ragazzo abbastanza estroverso, ma anche molto tranquillo. Non è mai stato un tipo da grandi compagnie, neanche da bambino. Durante il corso della vita ha avuto pochi amici duraturi. Non gli dispiace starsene per conto proprio e godersi pace e tranquillità. Quando sua madre strillava per mezza casa per colpa del lavoro e delle persone con cui aveva a che fare, lui la silenziava con cuffie e musica alta e la lasciava fare. Fin da piccolo ha padroneggiato l’arte di annuire e dare ragione alla gente piuttosto che discutere. Se non funziona, si dà al sarcasmo. Evita litigi e dibattiti a tutti i costi. Al contrario di sua madre, ha pazienza e comprensione da vendere. Anche quando si tratta di esprimere emozioni, è molto contenuto. Non sprizza entusiasmo da tutti i pori e non esterna ciò che prova, se non con un ristretto circolo di persone fidate. Ha una voce bassa e rilassante e non urla quasi mai. Detesta la cultura degli onorifici. Li trova troppo formali, infatti chiede sempre di evitarli, anche alle persone che ha appena conosciuto, soprattutto Suh-Erish-, che trova eccessivo.

    Il suo più grande interesse da bambino era la pittura, che si evolvette in una forte passione per il make-up. Si divertiva a truccare qualsiasi volontario, soprattutto Sevda e Nitza. Frequentò i corsi necessari per diventare MUA di professione, specializzandosi nel trucco per spose e nell’aerografo. Gli è rimasto l'interesse per la pittura, ma lo ha ripreso da adulto, dato che ha più tempo libero. Si dedica soprattutto a ritratti. Non gli piace molto viaggiare, a meno che non sia un'altra persona ad organizzare. Pianificare e gestire non sono il suo forte, si sente sotto pressione e non riesce a concentrarsi. Preferisce lasciar fare ad altri e farsi trascinare. Oppure non pianificare del tutto e improvvisare. È una frana a cucinare, ma ha cercato di impegnarsi per tutto il tempo in cui ha vissuto da solo. Poi si è fidanzato con una donna che è pure peggio di lui, quindi ha rivalutato le proprie abilità. Dice che le sue mani sono fatte per i pennelli, non per le stoviglie. Nonostante tutto, in qualche modo è sopravvissuto.

    Il fatto di essere imparentato con un Dio non gli ha mai dato fastidio. Per lui era una cosa normale, solo una volta cresciuto ha realizzato che in realtà sua madre è una persona estremamente rilevante nel mondo e una parentela divina non è affatto una cosa comune. Raramente ha subito bullismo, perché tutti i potenziali bulli avevano paura di Ship God.

    Dopo la morte di sua madre, ha iniziato a preoccuparsi fin troppo per la sua salute. Si reca dal medico per ogni minima cosa e diventa quasi paranoico quando sente una qualsiasi sensazione al torace. Il suo medico di base, per scherzo, gli ha realizzato una tessera punti, ma Elam non ha affatto apprezzato la battuta.

    ー Relazioni con gli altri personaggi
  • Shiphrah: prova molta ammirazione per il suo ruolo e per ciò che rappresenta. Un po’ meno per la sua etica. In ogni caso, è la prima persona da cui si reca quando è in difficoltà, e l'unica a cui riesce a confidare i suoi pensieri più profondi. Furono l'uno il supporto dell’altro durante il lutto. Ha un po’ paura di ciò che è capace, della freddezza con cui affronta una lotta e della facilità con cui può uccidere, ma non vorrebbe nessun altro al suo fianco nelle difficoltà, e si sente sempre protetto, ovunque egli sia, grazie al solo fatto che Ship God esiste. A volte Ship God lo prende in giro dicendogli “hai le braccia sottili come spaghetti”.
  • Keziah: fin da piccolo, l'ha sempre considerata una bomba di entusiasmo ed emozioni. Ha sempre ammirato i suoi modi di fare e la passione con cui svolgeva non solo il lavoro, ma qualsiasi cosa nella vita. È stata il suo modello e la principale fonte di motivazione per realizzare i suoi sogni e obiettivi. Porta sempre una sua foto nel portafoglio.
  • Ship Devil: zia preferita senza ombra di dubbio. Si diverte molto con lei e le vuole un mondo di bene. La considera la più sana di mente in quel Castello di matti, ma a volte ha dei dubbi.
  • Sevda: insieme si divertono a dare fastidio a Ship God. Sono un'associazione a delinquere. Elam la adora.
  • Amelia: per qualche motivo, non gli va molto a genio e non apprezza la sua compagnia. Da piccolo non voleva mai stare da solo con lei.
  • Neutronium: una volta Neutronium ha spiegato ad Elam che lui è il creatore di Ship God. Elam in risposta lo ha chiamato “nonno”. Neutronium si è offeso talmente tanto che non si è mai più fatto vedere in sua presenza. Per questo motivo, Elam non si ricorda molto di lui.
  • Drorit: la nonna era sempre felice di badare a lui quando Keziah passava del tempo a Tabama. Elam adorava dormire tra le sue braccia.
  • Nitza: nonostante lei non si sentisse molto a suo agio con i bambini, andava d'accordo con Elam perché era più o meno tranquillo. Negli anni a seguire si offriva sempre come tela per fargli fare pratica.

    Non ha mai condiviso l'uso offensivo delle armi e della magia che praticava Ship God, quindi si è sempre rifiutato di imparare tali tecniche. Ha imparato solo magie di tipo difensivo in caso di bisogno. Nella sua vita ha usato molto raramente la Divine Form, e mai per lottare. Quelle poche volte, era solo per mostrarla a qualcuno. Quando si è trasformato la prima volta è stato in reazione ad alcuni bulli che gli stavano dando fastidio - ne è rimasto talmente sconvolto che non riusciva a tranquillizzarsi e dovette uscire da scuola.

    Amelia ha sempre caldo, persino d'inverno, per questo i vestiti che indossa sono spesso corti e poco coprenti. Il suo armadio è pieno di pantaloncini e gonne che arrivano al massimo al ginocchio. Nel reparto maglie prevalgono crop top, canotte e t-shirt senza maniche. Adora le calze a rete, le indossa sempre, e se riesce anche una maglia a rete per fare il completo. Indossa scarpe comode, detesta tacchi e altro con cui non si riesce a correre.

    Porta molti accessori colorati tra collane, bracciali, cavigliere, cinture, catene e orecchini. Indossa sempre un cerchietto per tenere a posto certi ciuffi di capelli che altrimenti le darebbero fastidio. Il suo colore naturale è il castano scuro, ma si colora spesso i capelli di tinte sgargianti, spesso metà chioma di un colore e l'altra metà diversamente.     Amelia è una donna molto esuberante, il peggior incubo degli introversi. È impulsiva e rumorosa, una che prende le redini della situazione e trascina tutti con sé. Raramente si ferma a pensare a ciò che sta facendo. Vede ogni cosa nella vita in maniera positiva e affronta ogni situazione con un sorriso, per quanto difficile possa essere. Parla sempre a voce alta e non si rende conto che in molti casi le persone ne sono infastidite. Le piace stare in forma, va a correre ogni mattina e va in palestra tre volte a settimana. Cerca di trascinare altre persone con sé, ma fallisce ogni volta. Era quasi riuscita con Sevda, ma la poveretta venne salvata all'ultimo da Keziah, abituata a sfuggire alle manacce di Amelia.

    Ama da sempre il Ne-no-Kuni e in generale le storie e culture di altri mondi. Ha una strana fissa per Satanick e tutto ciò che lo riguarda. Il giorno in cui lo ha incontrato di persona è stato il momento più alto della sua intera vita. Dopo la triennale ha fatto vari lavori, tra cui l'assistente di un editore. In quel periodo si è avvicinata al mondo dell'editoria e ha deciso di intraprendere quel percorso. Per cui, dopo la magistrale, ha fondato una casa editrice, NeNoStori-ia, che pubblica libri riguardanti qualsiasi aspetto delle civiltà di altri mondi, sia scritti da abitanti del SW, sia traduzioni di letterature provenienti da suddetti mondi. Lei stessa ha scritto vari libri sul Ne-no-Kuni. Uno di questi lo ha realizzato assieme a Keziah, che si è occupata delle illustrazioni.

    È una mangiona, persino peggio di Nitza. Potrebbe divorare quintali di pizza da sola. Dice sempre che non riesce a combinare nulla se ha fame. Addirittura, sostiene che se il suo stomaco è vuoto si sente immediatamente debole, come se non mangiasse da giorni. Mangia di tutto, tranne quello che cucina Elam. Non si fida.

    Oltre a mangiare e pensare a Satanick, passa il tempo libero a guardare serie tv poliziesche. Le conosce tutte. Il sabato sera lo spende in giro per locali a ballare, anche se non ne è capace. Non le piace il silenzio - qualunque cosa stia facendo, deve esserci almeno del rumore di sottofondo.

    ー Relazioni con gli altri personaggi
  • Keziah: la sua migliore amica dai tempi dell'università. Inseparabili fin dal primo giorno in cui si sono conosciute. Hanno condiviso molti lati della loro vita, molte nottate a studiare, molte sere a festeggiare, ansie e paure. La considerava la sorella che non ha mai avuto.
  • Shiphrah: le piace dargli fastidio per ottenere informazioni sugli altri mondi. Le loro personalità non sono molto compatibili, ma andavano d'accordo. Ancora si vanta della sua imitazione di Satanick che Ship God aveva apprezzato.
  • Elam: nonostante i suoi sforzi e tutto l'impegno che mise nel viziarlo, Elam non gradisce la sua compagnia. Non sa bene il perché. Forse perché ha una personalità troppo travolgente.

    Anche in questo AU è una curatrice di eventi sposata con Shiphrah, ma esiste nella stessa timeline di Ashoka, Subordinati e Streghe del Blood World. Non è molto d'accordo con lo stile di insegnamento di Shiphrah, ma allo stesso tempo al suo posto non saprebbe come comportarsi.

    ー AU in cui Blood World e Ship World sono alleati (Evil!AU)
    In questo AU è una criminale piromane che ama fabbricare bombe per se stessa e anche per altri. Le piace restare a guardare gli edifici che crollano dopo le esplosioni, poi una volta calmate le acque torna sulla scena con tempere e cavalletto e dipinge quello che per lei è "uno spettacolo di silenzio e caos". A volte, se non le piace il risultato, appende il quadro a uno dei muri del suo prossimo obiettivo. Usa abitazioni mezze diroccate come rifugio, non si può dire che abbia una vera e propria casa. Dopo aver conosciuto Nurma, si trasferisce nel castello e può finalmente sistemare i suoi dipinti in un posto sicuro - più volte li ha persi tutti quanti. A volte la assiste nelle sue missioni, anche se secondo Nurma si espone troppo per essere una mortale. Raramente Elam riesce a convincerla a starsene a casa. Rimarrà uccisa in una rivolta (quando Elam ha 24 anni).

    Keziah Ben Tzvi, 25 anni. Nazione di origine sconosciuta, si è trasferita in Giappone prima per studio, poi per vivere, in seguito all'occupazione del suo Paese. Vive nei sobborghi di Mitakihara e lavora come organizzatrice di eventi, mostre ed esposizioni. Sul luogo di lavoro ha conosciuto Nurma, di cui si è innamorata fin da subito, nonostante la diffidenza e riluttanza da parte di Nurma di farsi conoscere. Il momento decisivo è stato fuori dal lavoro, in un qualche pub di Mitakihara dove Nurma era solito sbronzarsi con Sevda - lo ha finalmente incontrato per quello che era e si è innamorata di lui ancora di più.

    Non le piace lo stile degli abiti di Sevda, ma non ha il cuore per dirglielo (però le piacciono addosso a Nurma).

    Quando ha iniziato a lavorare, ha vissuto spendendo il meno possibile in modo da risparmiare per portare in Giappone anche il resto della sua famiglia. Ora vivono in una piccola cittadina vicina a Mitakihara.

    Dato che la timeline di questo AU si distacca dal canon proprio dopo la sua morte, per Keziah, e anche per Amelia, non cambia nulla.     Thousands of years before the present, Keziah had been a well-known exhibit designer in Lbel, and Shiphrah's first girlfriend and only wife.

    ー Body
    Keziah has light grey skin, pink eyes and blonde hair. Usually she styles her hair in large curls at the side of her head; sometimes she ties it in a braid. Overall she's not really athletic - she has never played a sport in her life, but she leads an active life and she walks a lot; she doesn't like to take the tram. She has a thin, ectomorph body, that can be described as halfway between an hourglass and a rectangle shape. She has a mole on her left breast and one on her right inner thigh. Her nails are damaged due to biting them. She has some small scars on her arms due to learning archery. She's not a frail person, but she catches the flu quite often. Aside from the reason of her death (sudden cardiac death), she has always been in good health. She has a pair of dark red demonic wings, where a bone is missing so the distal tip is shorter than usual. Her horns are dark, short and thick, curved, one per side. There are some lighter streaks at the base of her horns. Her tail is dark purple and the tip is heart shaped. She doesn't have tattoos, but she would have liked to tattoo some verses of her favourite poems.

    She usually wears under-the-knee skirts with lightweight-fabric blouses and shirts. She wears blazers, sleeveless vests and similar garments over it. She likes warm and bright colours, especially in skirts. She completes the outfit with tights and colourful low-heeled shoes. She likes to wear comfortable outfits suitable for both work and everyday life. She doesn't like short skirts, or going out without tights. She has various evening dresses, and she wears them whenever possible. She also owns an arefakk outfit. She often wears various layers of clothes because she easily suffers from the cold. She even bought fleece-lined winter tights.

    She always wears long and colourful earrings - she doesn't go out without them. She prefers beads and crystals over gold, silver or other metals. She often pairs a choker with the earrings, but she doesn't own many. In the past she used to wear a lot of bracelets, but she stopped when she started working because she finds them uncomfortable and she doesn't want to lose them. She doesn't wear rings except the wedding ring. She doesn't use much makeup, she only likes a “no makeup” makeup to cover eye bags or other imperfections, and lipstick. She doesn't like anything heavy on the eyes, just an eyeliner at most. She never lets Elam put makeup on her. When she reads for a long time, she wears glasses with a dark pink frame and large lenses. In summer she complains because she finds the nose pads annoying.

    ー Character ー

    Keziah has always been an extroverted, outgoing and outspoken woman, who doesn't fear saying her opinions without a filter. This doesn't mean she's ill-mannered and obnoxious - she always makes sure not to offend anyone and to ponder her words depending on the situation. Overall she's sweet and loving, she loves being with friends and family, which she considers equally important. She likes to meet new people and she makes friends with anyone. For example, she had lots of friends in university, and years later she's still in contact with most of them. She could spend entire days with people and never get tired - the weariness only hits her at home. Spending too much time alone makes her demoralised and drains her of all her energy; although she likes to spend a relaxing day alone from time to time, she can't stand it for too long.

    She often speaks informally. She can manage a formal and professional conversation, but it irritates her. She's quite good at interpreting non-verbal language, understanding which kind of person she's talking to, and behaving accordingly. Usually she speaks fast and loud. Her voice is cute and feminine, which is relaxing if she doesn't scream, but it's too high-pitched when she does. She has a crystalline laugh that fascinates a lot of people. In the presence of close friends and family, she swears quite a lot. She often says “for stars’ sake!” and similar sentences. Usually her accent can't be heard, but it's noticeable when she's nervous.

    She's not a patient person at all. She hates waiting, especially useless waits. She can't stand staying still doing nothing. Even when she was about to marry, she couldn't stand sitting down and letting others do her hair and makeup. She likes to be productive and not waste time. The only occasion in which, instead, she can be extremely patient is at work, when she has to organise an exhibition, and think about how to arrange art pieces, changing her ideas until she finds the perfect arrangement. In this case, her perfectionism prevails on her lack of patience. With time and experience she has learnt how to manage unexpected situations and not get caught off guard, but she often struggles if the situation involves her directly. When she's nervous, worried or irritated, she tends to walk back and forth, rub her hands together continuously, bite her nails, tap a foot on the ground or shake a leg. Amelia can't stand any of these. They often scream at each other for this reason.

    Her determination to reach her goals and her attention to details make her a pleasant person to work with, because she always knows what to do. When she works with other people she makes an effort to listen to everyone and accommodate requests. However, if she's the leader, she can be quite authoritative. She demands a lot from herself and her collaborators. She can't stand being underestimated. If someone tells her “you can't do this”, she works thrice as hard out of spite. Similarly, she hates anything or anyone that ruins her plans. And if she doesn't get what she wants, she annoys everyone in order to obtain it. She's a real pain in the ass when she wants something to turn in her favour.

    In her free time, she mostly like to read and accumulate books (two completely different activities, as she always says). She keeps books about art, poetry, architecture and ancient literature. She has spent many years collecting texts with references to Shiphrah’s past and “Nurma”, with some help from Neutronium and Higgs Boson. Since she was little she has loved the stories and poems of the mysterious “Dubsaruruk” - when she found out that it was Higgs Boson, she was the happiest person in the world. She likes to learn some poems by memory and recite them out loud. Sometimes she paints illustrations based on her favourite poems and prose, mostly landscapes and architecture. She has never learnt how to paint people. In the evening, when the weather is nice, she likes to take a walk among the streets of Lbel. During holidays she travels to see the buildings and art pieces she studied with her own eyes. Sometimes, she likes to watch Shiphrah and Ship Devil work. Once she even spent time making a map of every Shiphrah's scar, because she's always been fascinated by the stories behind them. She never fought her whole life, but she has learnt how to use a bow with Shiphrah.

    Unlike her sister, whose stomach is a bottomless pit, she has never eaten a lot, even if she likes cooking. She doesn't like bitter things, as well as common ingredients like onions, potatoes and olives, and she's allergic to tomatoes. Once, during Sehila Sattillimadal, she tried artichoke fondue - she found it so disgusting it ruined her appetite the whole day and the next one too. Instead, she loves rice and pasta, in particular coconut blue rice, one of Sehila Itakka’s traditional dishes. Her favourite drink is mulled wine. Overall she doesn't drink a lot, just a few beers with Sevda occasionally. In winter she's fueled by soup. When she's sad or she had a hard day, she comforts herself with cookies, ice cream and books.

    Despite not liking her hometown, TabamaSicshe, she has always loved the region’s culture and the various festivities, she always wants to participate and bring everyone with her. She learnt to dance arefakk with her sister, so that she could participate to shliret once she moved to Lbel. Sehila Itakka is her favourite festival.

  • Drorit Ben Tzvi: her mother; they loved each other a lot, but they never agreed on anything. They always turned a peaceful discussion into a fight. Drorit had the habit of ending her sentences with “then!”, Keziah hated it. When she married, Keziah wore her mother's dress. Drorit was sad that she couldn't organise an Adilla-style wedding.
  • Itri Mokrani: her father; her biggest supporter and the calmest member of the family. He was a tranquil man. He never contested his daughters’ decisions. He only showed some character when he had to stop his wife’s madness.
  • Nitza Ben Tzvi: her older sister; Keziah’s most trusted person in the family. She was the officiant at the wedding. They've always supported each other and they were always present to help the other in need of advice or to vent. Except when Nitza eats Keziah’s ice cream. In that case, they beat each other.
  • Amelia: her best friend she met at university. They're inseparable. They shared most of the university journey and they graduated together. They were separated for a while when Keziah moved to Lbel, but their relationship was always the same when Amelia moved too.
  • Ex boyfriend: they had a two-month relationship when they were both 19. In the end they broke up badly and never met again. Years later, the man was arrested for domestic violence.
  • Reene: an ex colleague from when Keziah worked as an archivist, they stayed in contact to share information about ancient literature.
  • Tehodor: old friend she met at university, they often worked together. He became a sort of right-hand man. When she died, he handled all her unfinished work and projects.
  • Mr. Von Brandt: the man she had to argue with when he refused to lend part of his private collection to an exhibition, despite the initial agreement. She pissed him off so much that he changed his mind again. He's Berillium’s ancestor.
  • Ship Devil: she's always considered her a friend, a sweet and hard-working woman she admired a lot. As well as someone to count on when she couldn't understand Shiphrah's behaviour.
  • Sevda: dear friend. The only one who actually cheered on her when she tried to fly with the broom.
  • Neutronium: she liked making fun of him, but she also loved his extensive knowledge of history. She had learnt how to praise him in order to make him talk.
  • Shiphrah: in a world where everyone respects Shiphrah just because they's a God, Keziah has always treated them like a common person, since their very first interactions. She never cared about their role - she treated them with kindness since they was a stranger, but she soon learnt to change her behaviour into a more direct and sharp one, that it was the only way to approach them. She soon fell in love with them, too. Overall, she's always respected their inexperience and the fact that they wasn't used to being loved, but she made some mistakes, and when she thinks back to it, she scolds herself, even though no one blames her. Even after knowing them better and discovering their past, including “Nurma” and the violent side of their personality, she was never scared of them. The only thing she really hated about them is that sometimes they would disappear without telling her where they went; looking for them around made her feel dumb. Living with Shiphrah was like going on the rollercoaster - everyday something new could surprise her. For example, she was shocked by the fact that Shiphrah can't feel any pain. She was even more shocked when she discovered that Shiphrah can't feel any form of pleasure or similar, and she thought it was unfair that she was the only one who did. On the other hand, she loved to discover her own body and her weak points with them - she never thought she'd like their cold hands running on her body. She's always loved their scars; when Shiphrah was deciding which kind of dress to wear at their wedding, she asked them not to hide the scars. She also loved their tail.
  • Elam: her son, whom she loved so much and was so proud of. She was always worried about not being able to raise him properly; this sensation lessened with time, but it never went away completely. She would often bring him with her while organising exhibitions. She would have loved it if he also had a feathered tail, so she could have had two people to annoy.

    Elam is a tall and slim guy, who likes to accentuate the shape of his body with tight-fitting clothes and high-waisted trousers. Probably he doesn't have anything low-waisted inside his wardrobe. Usually he wears printed and colourful blouses, sometimes he adds a vest or a similar top in the same colour as the blouse. He wears various jewellery like earrings, pins and bracelets. His outfits are usually star-themed, regardless of what he's wearing. He loves knee-high boots, with a high sole too. He loves the colour green.

    When he was little he used to be completely blonde, but his hair turned more light blue as he grew up. Sometimes he gets highlights done. He usually keeps his hair down, but he ties it with a foulard when he works or it's hot outside. He has lighter streaks at the base of his horns, too. He has dark red demonic wings and he doesn't have a tail. He has a light blue halo like Shiphrah. His eyes are pink and there's a mole under the right eye. He has loved makeup since he was little, he dedicates most attention to eyes and cheeks, often he draws fake coloured freckles and little symbols. He has a tattoo on his right forearm of pink and blue stars, with a row of pink stars on the thumb. He hates nail polish.

    ー Character
    Elam is quite extroverted, but also a lot tranquil. Even when he was little, he was never a fan of big groups of people. During his life he has had just a few long-lasting friends. He appreciates being alone to enjoy some silence and peace. When his mother used to scream loudly due to her job or her coworkers, he would just blast some music in his ears in order not to hear her. He mastered the art of nodding and agreeing with others to avoid conflict. If it doesn't work, he uses sarcasm. He wants to do anything possible to avoid discussions and arguments. As opposed to his mother, he has a lot of patience. He rarely opens up when it comes to talking about his feelings. He only does that with few trusted people. His voice is low and relaxing, and he almost never screams. He hates the culture of honorifics. He finds them too formal, in fact, he always asks everyone to drop them, even strangers. He finds the honorific Suh-Erish- too excessive.

    His biggest interest when he was little was painting, which developed into a strong love for makeup. He had lots of fun applying makeup on any volunteer, especially Sevda and Nitza. He got a diploma to become a professional MUA, with a specialty in bridal makeup and airbrush. He's still interested in painting, but he picked this hobby again only during adulthood, because he has more free time. He paints mostly portraits. He doesn't really like to travel, unless someone else organises. He's not good at planning and managing, he feels too much pressure and he can't concentrate. He'd rather let others plan everything and follow them. Or not plan at all and improvise. He's really bad at cooking, but he did his best while he lived alone. Then he started a relationship with a woman who's even worse than him, so he reevaluated his abilities. He says that his hands are meant to hold brushes, not kitchenware. Somehow, he survived.

    Being related to a God wasn't a big deal to him. It was normal for him, only when he grew up he realised that his mother is an extremely important person in the world and being half-God isn't common at all. He was rarely bullied, mostly because potential bullies were scared of Ship God.

    After his mom’s death, he started to worry too much about his health. He goes to the doctor for every little thing and he becomes almost paranoid when he feels any sensation in his chest. His family doctor, as a joke, gave him a fidelity card. Elam did not appreciate it.

    ー Relationships with other characters
  • Shiphrah: he admires their role and what they represents. A bit less their ethics. Anyway, they's the first person Elam talks to when he's in a difficult situation, and the only one he can confide his deepest thoughts to. They were each other's support during mourning. He's a bit scared of Ship God’s abilities, their detachment in a fight and how easy they can kill, but he wouldn't want anyone else by his side, and he always feels protected, wherever he is, due to the simple fact that they exists. Sometimes Ship God makes fun of him saying “your arms are thin like spaghetti”.
  • Keziah: since he was little, he's always considered her a bomb of enthusiasm and emotions. He admires her mannerisms and her passion in her job and life in general. She was his role model and his source of motivation to fulfill his goals. He always brings a picture of her in his wallet.
  • Ship Devil: favourite auntie without a doubt. He has lots of fun with her and he deeply cares for her. He considers her the most sane person in that Castle, but sometimes he has second thoughts.
  • Sevda: they have a lot of fun together, annoying Ship God. They're a couple of criminals. He loves her so much.
  • Amelia: unsure why, but they don't really get along. Elam doesn't appreciate her company. As a kid, he never wanted to stay alone with her.
  • Neutronium: once, Neutronium explained to Elam that he's Ship God’s creator. Elam, as a result, called him “grandpa”. Neutronium was so offended that he never showed up in his presence again. For this reason, Elam doesn't really remember him.
  • Drorit: grandma was always happy to babysit him when Keziah spent some time in Tabama. Elam loved to sleep in her arms.
  • Nitza: even if Nitza wasn't really comfortable around kids, she got along with Elam because he was rather calm. Then over the years she volunteered as a canvas for his makeup practice.

    • ー Weapons and Abilities
    He's never agreed with Ship God’s offensive use of weapons and magic, so he's always refused to learn such techniques. He's only learnt defensive magic. During his life he rarely used the Divine Form, never to fight. He only used it to show it to someone. When he transformed for the first time it was in reaction to some bullies that were annoying him - he was so shocked he couldn't calm down and he had to go home.

    Amelia always feels hot, even in winter, so she often wears short and more revealing clothing. Her wardrobe is full of shorts and short skirts, crop tops, tank tops and t-shirts. She loves fishnet stockings, she always wears them, sometimes a fishnet top too. She wears comfortable sneakers, she hates heels and shoes she can't run in.

    She wears a lot of accessories like necklaces, bracelets, anklets, belts, chains and earrings. She always wears a headband to keep her hair out of her face. Her natural colour is dark brown, but she often dyes her hair of two different bright colours. After dying she also adds extensions. Her eyes are light blue. She doesn't have horns.     Amelia is a very exuberant woman, introverts’ worst nightmare. She's impulsive and loud, one who takes control of situations and drags everyone else with her. She rarely stops to think about what she's doing. She sees the world through positive lenses and she faces every life event with a smile, no matter the difficulties. She always speaks in a loud voice and she can't understand that she annoys people with that volume. She likes to be fit, she goes running every morning and to the gym thrice a week. She always tries to bring other people with her, but she keeps failing. She almost succeeded with Sevda, but Keziah saved her.

    She's always loved the Ne-no-Kuni and other worlds’ cultures in general. She has a weird obsession for Satanick and everything related to him. The day she met him was the best day in her entire life. After her degree she did various jobs, among which was assistant to an editor. She got closer to the world of the publishing industry and walked that path. After her master’s degree, she founded a publishing house, NeNoStori-ia, that publishes books about other worlds, written by SW citizens or translated from other worlds’ works. She wrote some books about Ne-no-Kuni herself. One of these was written with Keziah, who painted illustrations.

    Amelia is a big eater, even bigger than Nitza. She could devour a ton of pizza all alone. She always says she can't do anything if she's hungry. She even claims that if her stomach is empty she immediately feels weak, as if she hasn't eaten in days. She eats anything, except Elam’s cooking. She doesn't trust that.

    Besides eating and loving Satanick, she likes to spend her free time watching police procedural dramas. She knows them all. On Saturday nights she goes out dancing at clubs, even if she's bad at it. She doesn't like silence - she always wants some background noise even when she's alone.

    ー Relationships with other characters
  • Keziah: her best friend since university. They've been inseparable since the first day they met. They shared a lot of aspects of their lives, a lot of study nights, a lot of parties, worries, and fears. She considers Keziah the sister she never had.
  • Ship God: she loved to annoy them to obtain information about other worlds. Their personalities weren't really compatible, but they kinda got along. She still brags about her Satanick impersonation that Ship God appreciated.
  • Elam: despite all her efforts to have him like her, Elam doesn't really appreciate her company. She doesn't know why. Maybe because her personality is too overwhelming.
  • Nitza: binge comrades. When these two go to an AYCE place, it's over for the restaurant.

    In this AU she's an exhibition curator as well, but she exists in the same timeline as Ashoka, Shiphrah's Subordinates and Blood World’s Witches. She doesn't agree with Shiphrah's way of teaching, but at the same time she wouldn't know what to do in their place.

    In this AU she's a pyromaniac criminal who loves to make bombs for herself and others. She likes to watch buildings collapse, then after a while she comes back to paint the scenery, which she calls “a masterpiece of silence and chaos”. Sometimes, if she doesn't like the result, she hangs the painting on the building she's going to destroy next. She uses houses in ruins as shelter, she doesn't have a home. After meeting Nurma, she moved to the Castle, where she finally had a safe place to display her paintings - she lost many of them over the years. Sometimes she assists Nurma in her missions, but Nurma tells her she exposes herself too much. Rarely Elam can convince her to stay home. She'll be killed in a revolt (when Elam is 24).

    Keziah Ben Tzvi, 25 years old. Place of birth unknown, she transferred to Japan to study, and then she stayed there due to her country’s colonisation. She lives in the outskirts of Mitakihara and she works as an exhibition designer/curator. She met Nurma on the workplace, and she instantly fell in love with him, despite Nurma being reluctant to meeting new people. The decisive moment was outside work, in a pub in Mitakihara where Nurma and Sevda usually go for a drink - she finally met him in his real self, and she fell in love even more.

    She doesn't like Sevda's style in designing dresses, but she's too kind to tell her (but she loves those same dresses on Nurma).

    When she started working, she survived with less resources possible, to save money to bring her family to Japan as well. Now they live in a town near Mitakihara.

    ー Genshin!AU
    Since this timeline detaches from the canon one after Keziah’s death, nothing changes for her, or Amelia. Elam, instead, decided to follow Shiphrah to Teyvat, and explored the region with them, however, when he was old, he returned to the Ship World, where he spent the last years of his life.
