Neutronium è uno Spettro (Lamutuk), una rara sottospecie di Fata (Lamesu). Solitamente, le Fate sono creature semplici, incarnazioni di un concetto o un elemento della natura, che abitano entro un certo luogo. Gli Spettri, al contrario, per ora sono solo quattro: Neutronium, Higgs Boson, Volkas e Strangelet, chiamati collettivamente “Spettri della Materia”. Controllano vari aspetti della materia, sono molto più potenti rispetto alle altre Fate, sono capaci di creare e distruggere, non sono legati ad un solo luogo e hanno una personalità più sviluppata. Sono più simili agli altri cittadini del mondo che alle Fate.
Neutronium è il Primo degli Elementi, colui che controlla tutti gli elementi della tavola periodica e tutti gli atomi. Il suo compito principale è sorvegliare lo Ship World e la struttura dell’universo intero. Rappresenta un elemento ipotetico con Z = 0, nessun protone e nessun elettrone, formato solo da neutroni.
ー Aspetto ー
In quanto Spettro, il suo corpo è intangibile. Non può essere toccato se non da altri Spettri, e a sua volta non può toccare nessun oggetto materiale. Non è influenzato dalla gravità quindi può fluttuare come gli pare nello spazio.ー Corpo
Neutronium ha un corpo simile ad un essere umano di sesso maschile. Al contrario delle altre creature dello Ship World, la sua pelle è azzurro chiaro, che sfuma in un blu più intenso verso le mani e i piedi. I suoi capelli sono giallo paglierino, lunghi fino alla base del collo e raccolti in una coda. Sul davanti sono lunghi fino al petto, e un lato è più lungo dell’altro. Gli occhi sono rossi, le labbra blu scuro e l’aureola rossa come gli occhi. Ha una lunga e sottile coda azzurra con la punta ricoperta di piume leggermente più chiare. Ha vari topazi sparsi sulla spalla sinistra che proseguono lungo il petto e la schiena. Ha tre parole in sumero tatuate sul corpo: shuduga (𒋗𒅗𒂵), “creazione”, sul braccio destro; ninghalamma (𒃻𒄩𒇴𒈠), “distruzione”, sul braccio sinistro e dari (𒁕𒌷), “eterno”, sulla schiena. Ha tre paia di ali dalle piume blu chiaro, quasi bianco.
ー Vestiario
Il suo aspetto non cambia mai. Principalmente indossa una gonna a tre strati: quello superiore, arancione, è corto quanto una minigonna e presenta uno spacco sul lato destro; quello intermedio, di un arancione più scuro e meno vivido, è aperto sul davanti e lungo fino al ginocchio sul dietro; quello inferiore è un leggero tulle azzurro chiaro presente solo sul lato sinistro. Sotto la gonna indossa un paio di pantaloni aderenti rossi, di cui il gambale sinistro è lungo fino alla caviglia mentre quello destro solo fino a metà coscia. Oltre alla gonna, indossa un paio di guanti semitrasparenti gialli di diversa lunghezza, un collare rosso a cui dietro è appeso un gioiello, e una epaulettes sulla spalla destra a cui sono appese sei catene che girano attorno al corpo e altre due catene attaccate al collare. Nella coscia destra porta una harness a forma di pentagramma rovesciato e il resto della gamba è coperto da una calza a rete rossa a maglie larghe. Nei capelli indossa un fermaglio formato da varie catenelle e nelle orecchie diversi tipi di orecchini, tutti rossi.
ー Carattere ー
Neutronium ha una personalità molto scortese, piena di sé e scontrosa. E’ convinto di essere superiore a qualsiasi altra creatura, persino agli altri Spettri, e si comporta di conseguenza. Guarda chiunque dall’alto al basso, considera la sua parola la più importante e non ha problemi ad insultare le persone con cui sta parlando. Non prende minimamente in considerazione opinioni diverse dalle sue, nonostante a volte le ascolti. L’unico modo per avere la sua attenzione è parlare di lui, delle sue creazioni (Nurma, Elementi) o dei suoi poteri. Non gli importa del fatto che a nessuno piaccia il suo carattere. Ne è cosciente, sa bene che tutti sono infastiditi dalla sua presenza, ma dato che le opinioni altrui per lui sono senza alcun valore, le ignora. A detta sua, si comporta semplicemente come l’essere superiore che sa di essere. Non distingue i concetti di “bene” e “male”: fa quello che vuole fare, quando vuole, come vuole, e quello che fa lo considera sempre corretto a prescindere. Nessuno lo sopporta, a parte Higgs Boson e Strangelet, ma lui si diverte ad essere così.Normalmente parla a voce bassa con un registro medio-informale. Se viene ignorato o contrariato, si altera ed alza la voce. Non concepisce l’idea che qualcuno possa non essere interessato a lui e a ciò che ha da dire. Se viene offeso, se ne va senza dire nulla - non tollera che gli si manchi di rispetto e non intende sprecare tempo con chi non ha intenzione di dedicargli la sua attenzione. E’ molto facile irritarlo. Nonostante tutto, i suoi modi di fare sono sempre eleganti.
Quando qualcuno si rivolge a lui, pretende l’onorifico Lugal- e che gli si parli in maniera formale. Adora tutti i suoi bei titoli ed appellativi, ama elencarli e spiegare il significato di ognuno. “Elemento Zero”, “Primo degli Elementi” ed “Equilibrio”, che si spiegano da soli, sono modi molto comuni con cui viene chiamato, ma sono titoli recenti - in antichità e in letteratura erano altri i nomi predominanti. “Abatu” significa “distruggere”, nome che condivide con una Dea presso i Terrestri e per questo meno utilizzato, ma nei testi relativi alla storia e letteratura dello Ship World non c’è dubbio sul fatto che il termine si riferisce a lui. Dari (𒁕𒌷) e Lugaldari (𒈗𒁕𒌷) significano rispettivamente “eterno” e “Re eterno” in Sumero. Nefranki deriva dalla radice in Proto-SumAkk “nefr-”, che nella lingua odierna indica il numero zero, e “anki” (𒀭𒆠), Sumero per “universo”; il nome può essere interpretato come “inizio dell’universo” o “il nulla tra cielo e terra”. Tanimminzi e Pūnatinzi provengono dal Luvio e significano “tutto”. Nefranki è il suo preferito.
Quando appare all’improvviso fa sempre spaventare la gente. Per questo viene ripreso e sgridato, ma lui fa spallucce dato che “non ho altro modo di apparire”.
Secondo lui, qualsiasi legame, che sia di amicizia, parentela o amoroso, è completamente inutile se non deleterio. Considera la famiglia come un concetto privo di senso, un peso di cui una persona non dovrebbe aver bisogno. Quando Keziah, scherzando, lo definì “padre” di Shiphrah, si alterò e si dichiarò offeso da quelle parole, perché non doveva osare paragonare il suo ruolo di creatore e padrone a quello inferiore e comune di genitore. E’ anche irritato dal fatto che Higgs Boson si consideri una sorta di “zietta” di Shiphrah, implicando che loro tre siano correlati. Non tollera conversazioni sui sentimenti, per lui sono tutte idiozie con cui le persone sono troppo fissate. L’amore, in particolare, lo considera un sentimento per cui non vale la pena sprecare tempo, che porta solo distruzione e sofferenza.
Essendo un essere immateriale, non ha bisogno di nutrirsi né di nessun tipo di sostentamento. Trova l’atto di mangiare disgustoso, è ben felice di non doverlo fare. Secondo lui le persone dedicano troppo tempo alla preparazione del cibo - non comprende il senso di impegnarsi a cucinare, se tanto poi il tutto viene ingoiato. Per lui rimarrà per sempre un mistero.
In un mare di difetti, qualche pregio lo ha: è molto attaccato allo Ship World e farebbe qualsiasi cosa per difenderlo. E’ sempre disposto ad utilizzare i suoi pieni poteri pur di proteggerlo. Nella sua testa, anche la creazione di Nurma era un modo per assicurare allo Ship World un’ulteriore arma per difendersi in caso di guerra con altri mondi. Anche Shiphrah, che tratta sempre di merda, per lui in fondo è importante.
E’ molto raro che sia interessato a qualcosa che non lo riguarda. Per esempio, seguì con molto interesse la vita di Keziah perché voleva scoprire come la sua presenza avrebbe cambiato Shiphrah, e seguì anche i suoi studi sulla vita passata del Dio e sulla figura di “Merila”, per vedere se sarebbe arrivata alle giuste conclusioni. L’ha persino aiutata, in qualche occasione. A volte si diverte a stare a guardare le vite dei Terrestri e gli eventi della loro storia - li trova ridicoli, per lui osservarli è come guardare un documentario con un lato comico.
Quando non è in giro a insultare Shiphrah o giudicare le abitudini delle comuni creature che abitano il mondo, rimane in uno stato simile ad un sonno profondo, isolato al confine tra Ship World e NoWorld, avvolto da un sottile strato di plasma di quark e gluoni, dove nessuno può raggiungerlo né vederlo (solo Hydrogen può, per via del loro forte legame). A volte rimane in quello stato per molti giorni. Altre volte, invece, visita Volkas e il Didani Tesansha, giusto per vedere come prosegue la storia là, quando niente di interessante sta succedendo nello Ship World. Raramente visita Didani sa Erussoo. Ogni tanto monitora l’Osservatore. Quando si sente particolarmente annoiato, gira anche altri mondi, come il Ne-no-Kuni o il Blood World, anche in questo caso per vedere se sta succedendo qualcosa di interessante che possa intrattenerlo.
Al contrario di Higgs Boson, ha sempre detestato la letteratura, e non sopporta quando Higgs gli parla dei suoi scritti. Quando scopre che lo ha menzionato tra i personaggi o ha scritto qualcosa su di lui, le urla a dietro - ma lei continua a scrivere lo stesso, perché la diverte infastidirlo in quel modo.
ー Relazioni con altri personaggi ー
In generale, non gli piace nessuno, a parte se stesso. Lui conosce tutti, ma pochi conoscono lui. Non ha molte relazioni oltre a Shiphrah, gli Spettri e il Gruppo 1 degli Elementi. Il Gruppo 1 è particolare perché a tutti i membri è stata concessa l’immortalità da parte di Neutronium, e alcuni di loro hanno un legame con lui.ー Nel Blood World

ー Armi e poteri ー
I suoi poteri girano tutti intorno al controllo degli elementi: può fare di tutti gli atomi ciò che vuole. Distruggerli, formarli, cambiarne la conformazione, trasformare un elemento in un altro, creare e spezzare legami, modificare gli stati di aggregazione della materia e il moto degli atomi. Finché non li riduce a particelle, ne ha il pieno controllo. Può controllare elettroni, protoni e neutroni solo se essi sono contenuti all’interno di un atomo - se isolati, sono sotto il dominio di Higgs Boson. Non ha nessun potere, invece, sulle particelle elementari, anch’esse dominio di Higgs Boson. Non può controllare nemmeno ciò che non è fatto di materia, come l’antimateria e la luce (l’antimateria è di Volkas, i fotoni di Higgs). Qualsiasi cosa faccia, non può sottrarsi alla legge della conservazione della massa. Può trasformare, spezzare e riformare, ma non può effettivamente creare dal nulla (nonostante a volte possa sembrare).Tra le sue armi rientrano una sottile e lunga lancia blu con grosso topazio esagonale nella parte finale, la cui lama è in grado di spezzare gli atomi evocati degli Elementi. Così facendo, è in grado di uccidere l’Elemento in un istante. Quando invece deve intrappolare un Elemento, ne avvolge il corpo con degli anelli rotanti dotati di occhi (tipo un Ophanim). In questo modo isola l’Elemento, che non può uscire in nessun modo dalla sfera creata dagli anelli. E’ anche un modo per contenerli nel caso i loro poteri diventino instabili.
ー Storia passata ー
Neutronium non è certo di quando è nato, dato che è rimasto a lungo in un sonno profondo. Quando si è risvegliato, fluttuava nel NoWorld, al confine con lo Ship World. Lui e gli altri Spettri sono nati qualche istante dopo che Dišakamak (l’Osservatore) e Kasânītu vennero inglobati e corrotti dall’oscurità dell’universo, e che Namtar si sacrificasse; i loro corpi furono formati dal Filato del Destino lasciato da Namtar. Lui e Higgs Boson decisero di rimanere nello Ship World. Volkas rimase qualche tempo, ma in seguito se ne andò per creare un mondo a parte, Didani Tesansha. Strangelet preferì rimanere nel NoWorld.All’inizio, Neutronium non era molto interessato allo Ship World. Rimase per la maggior parte del tempo isolato. Quando invece notò che un Diavolo aveva preso il comando, cominciò a frequentarlo e osservarlo. Si presentò a Ship Devil e ne seguì le gesta. Ad un certo punto, arrivò alla conclusione che lo Ship World non era abbastanza protetto. Secondo lui, era un mondo nel caos che se mai fosse stato attaccato, non sarebbe riuscito a difendersi. Per questo motivo, dopo averne discusso brevemente con Ship Devil (e ignorando completamente la sua opinione, perché tanto non gliene importava), creò Nurma. Decise di condividere parte dei suoi poteri e quindi darle il controllo dei primi 56 elementi. Era estremamente potente. Neutronium l'aveva creata con lo scopo di combattere per lo Ship World. Quando Ship Devil chiese a Nurma di diventare Dio e lei accettò, Neutronium rimase indifferente - era convinto che diventare Dio non avrebbe eliminato il suo ruolo originario. Per questo motivo nel presente continua ad insultarlo. Non sopporta che la sua creazione sia caduta così in basso e si sia rovinata così. Quando Keziah morì, ne fu dispiaciuto (solo perché la considerava un intrattenimento, non perché le volesse bene) - ma allo stesso tempo sperava che quell’avvenimento sconvolgesse Shiphrah così tanto da ritornare al passato.
Circa 60 anni prima del presente, decise di assegnare il potere di controllare gli elementi a comuni cittadini dello Ship World, per due motivi: per diminuire il carico di lavoro su di sé e vedere come si sarebbe sentito, e per provare se delle persone normali potessero gestire un tale potere. Un test molto pericoloso, ma a lui piace rischiare tutto. Questo non vuol dire che Neutronium non abbia più alcun controllo sugli elementi - ha condiviso solo una piccola parte del suo potere. Fino a un certo punto, l’assegnazione degli elementi non è stata casuale. Quando iniziò, notò una cosa che mai si sarebbe aspettato: alcuni neonati possedevano una naturale affinità per un certo elemento. Per questo motivo gli Elementi non sono nati in ordine dall’1 al 118, bensì in ordine misto. Il primo è stato il Protoattinio, che nel presente ha 55 anni. Seguirono altri che ora sono nella quarantina, come Neon e Platino. La maggior parte degli Elementi è nella ventina o trentina, e una parte di loro è ancora bambina, ad esempio l’intero Gruppo 17. In linea generale, ha seguito il criterio dell’affinità dall’elemento 1 (Idrogeno) all’87 (Francio), e poi solo qualcuno dei nuclei più pesanti. Per quanto riguarda invece quegli elementi per cui non trovava affinità, li ha assegnati a caso. Nel presente sono tutti assegnati, fino al 119.
Fu poi Neutronium stesso a suggerire a Shiphrah di assumere degli Elementi come subordinati. Per giustificarsi usò la scusa che “così promuoveremo l’accettazione degli Elementi nella società” - in realtà voleva solo mettere in mostra le sue “creazioni”. Volle anche mettere becco nella scelta dei subordinati, ma Shiphrah glielo impedì.
Il giorno in cui Shiphrah si ucciderà, ne sarà del tutto indifferente. Si comporterà come se se lo fosse meritato, che per colpa del suo cambiamento quella è la fine che gli è toccata.

Del Blood World e di Ashoka non gliene frega un cazzo. Sarà estremamente soddisfatto del rivedere Shiphrah tornare ad essere come Nurma, e lo manipolerà ancora di più per assicurarsi di non sbagliare di nuovo.

Neutronium is a Spectre (Lamutuk), a rare sub-species of Fairy (Lamesu). Usually, Fairies are intangible creatures made of energy, embodiments of a certain element of nature or concept, who inhabit a place they’re bound to. Spectres, instead, are only four as of now: Neutronium, Higgs Boson, Volkas and Strangelet, collectively called “Spectres of Matter”. They can control various aspects of matter and they’re a lot more powerful than regular Fairies. They’re able to create and destroy at will. They also have a more nuanced personality, and they’re not bound to a place. They’re more similar to common citizens than to other Fairies.
Neutronium is the Prime of the Elements, the one who controls all the elements of the periodic table and all the atoms. His most important job is surveilling the Ship World and the structure of the universe. He represents the hypothetical element with Z = 0, no protons and no electrons, only composed of neutrons.
ー Appearance ー
Since he's a Spectre, his body is intangible. He can't be touched by anybody except other Spectres, and he can't touch any material object. He's not influenced by gravity so he can float in space.ー Body
Neutronium’s body is similar to a human of the male sex. Unlike the other creatures of the Ship World, his skin is light blue, shading to a darker and more saturated blue by his hands and feet. His hair is straw yellow, long to the base of the neck and tied in a ribbon. On the front his hair is long to the chest, and one side is longer than the other. His eyes are red, his lips are dark blue, and his halo is red like the eyes. He has a long thin light blue tail with the tip covered in feathers of a lighter blue. He has various topazes on the left shoulder that spread on the chest and back. He has three Sumerian words tattooed on his body: shuduga (𒋗𒅗𒂵), “creation”, on the right arm; ninghalamma (𒃻𒄩𒇴𒈠), “destruction”, on the left arm and dari (𒁕𒌷), “eternal”, on the back. He has three pairs of wings whose feathers are pale blue, almost white.
ー Clothing
His appearance never changes. His biggest piece of clothing is a three-layered skirt. The upper layer, orange, is short like a mini-skirt and has a slit on the right. The mid layer, a desaturated orange, is open on the front and long till the knee on the back. The lower layer is a light blue tulle that's only on the left. Under the skirt he wears red fitted pants, of which the left leg is long till the ankle while the right one is mid-thigh long. He also wears semitransparent yellow gloves of different lengths, a red collar with a jewel on the back, and an epaulettes on the right shoulder with various chains attached. On the right thigh he wears a reversed-pentagram-shaped harness and the rest of the leg is covered with a red wide-mesh fishnet. He wears a hair clip with various chains and many different earrings, all red.
ー Character ー
Neutronium has a very rude personality, full of himself and surly. He's convinced he's superior to any other creature, even other Spectres, and he behaves accordingly. He looks down on everyone, he considers his word the most important one and he doesn't mind insulting the people he's talking with. He doesn't even take other people's opinions into consideration, but sometimes he listens to them. The only way to catch his attention is talking about him, his creations (Nurma, Elements) or his powers. He doesn't care that nobody likes his character. He's perfectly aware of it, he knows that everyone is annoyed by his presence, but since others’ opinions have no value to him, he ignores them. According to him, he only acts as the superior being he knows he is. He doesn't distinguish between “good” and “bad”: he does what he wants, when he wants, how he wants, and all he does is always correct. Nobody can stand him, except Higgs Boson and Strangelet, but he has fun being this way.Usually he talks in a low voice with an informal or semi-formal register. If he's being ignored or displeased, he gets altered and he raises his voice. He can't comprehend the idea that someone might not be interested in what he says. If he's offended, he just goes away without saying anything - he can't tolerate disrespect and he doesn't want to waste time with people who won't give him attention. It's really easy to irritate him. Despite everything, his mannerisms are always elegant.
When someone talks to him, he demands the honorific Lugal- and a formal tone. He adores all his titles, he loves explaining them. “Element Zero”, “Prime of the Elements” and “Equilibrium”, which are quite self-explanatory, are common titles to refer to him but they're recent. In the past and in literature he was called other ways. “Abatu”, that means “to destroy”, is a name he shares with a Earthling Goddess and so less used, but in texts about the history and literature of the Ship World there's no doubt the name refers to him. Dari (𒁕𒌷) and Lugaldari (𒈗𒁕𒌷) mean “eternal” and “eternal king” respectively in Sumerian. Nefranki comes from the Proto-SumAkk root “nefr-”, that means the number zero in the modern language, and “anki” (𒀭𒆠), Sumerian for “universe”; the name could be interpreted as “beginning of the universe” or “the nothingness between sky and earth”. Tanimminzi and Pūnatinzi come from Luwian and mean “all”. Nefranki is his favourite.
When he appears out of nowhere he always scares people. He gets yelled at for this, but he shrugs since “that's the only way I can appear”, he says.
To him, every bond, be it friendship, kinship or a relationship, is completely useless if not damaging. He considers the concept of family as meaningless, a weight a person shouldn't need. When Keziah jokingly called him “Shiphrah's father”, he got altered and he declared he was offended by those words, because she shouldn’t dare compare his role of creator and owner to the lesser role of parent. He's also irritated by Higgs Boson calling herself Shiphrah's “aunt”, because it implies they're related in some way. He can't tolerate talking about feelings, it's all nonsense people are too obsessed with, to him. Love, in particular, is a feeling he considers a waste of time, that only brings suffering.
Since he's an intangible being, he doesn't need to eat or any kind of sustenance. He finds eating disgusting and he's glad he doesn't need to do that. He thinks people dedicate too much time to cooking - he doesn't understand what's the point of making food if it ends up eaten anyway. It'll always be a mystery for him.
Among all the flaws, he has some merits: he's really attached to the Ship World and he'd do anything to defend it. He's always willing to use his full powers to protect it. In his head, Nurma’s creation was a way to provide the Ship World with a weapon to defend itself in case of a war with another world. Even if he always treats them like shit, Shiphrah is important to him.
It's rare for him to be interested in something that doesn't concern him. For example, he followed Keziah’s life with great interest because he wanted to see how her presence would have changed Shiphrah, and he also followed her studies on Shiphrah's past life and “Merila”, to see if she could come to the right conclusions. He even helped her, on some occasions. Sometimes he enjoys watching Earthlings’ lives and their historical events - he thinks they're ridiculous, it's like watching a comical documentary to him.
When he's not around insulting Shiphrah or judging common people's lives, he stays in a sleep-like state, isolated at the border between the Ship World and the NoWorld, surrounded by a thin layer of quark-gluon plasma, where nobody can reach him or see him (only Hydrogen can, due to their strong bond). Sometimes he stays there for days. Other times, instead, he visits Volkas and Didani Tesansha, if nothing interesting is happening in the Ship World. Rarely he visits Didani sa Erussoo. Sometimes he monitors the Observer. When he's particularly bored, he visits other worlds, like the Ne-no-Kuni or the Blood World, to see if there's something to entertain him.
Contrary to Higgs Boson, he's always hated literature, and he can't stand Higgs when she talks about her writings. When he discovers that she wrote about him or mentioned him, he always yells at her - but she keeps writing, because she has fun by annoying him that way.

In general, he doesn't like anyone except himself. He knows everyone, but very few know him. He doesn't have many relationships outside of Shiphrah, the Spectres and Group 1 of the Elements. Group 1 is peculiar because every member has been granted immortality by Neutronium, and some of them have a bond with him.ー In the Blood World

His powers all revolve around controlling elements: he can do anything he wants with atoms. Destroy them, form them, change their conformation, transform one element into another, form and break bonds, change the state of aggregation of matter and change the motion of atoms. As long as he doesn't reduce them to particles, he has complete control. He can control electrons, protons and neutrons as long as they're part of an atom - if isolated, they're controlled by Higgs Boson. He has no power over elementary particles, which are under Higgs Boson as well. He can't control anything that's not made of matter, like antimatter and light (antimatter belongs to Volkas, photons to Higgs). Whatever he does, he can't escape the law of conservation of mass. He can transform, break and reshape, but he can't create matter from nothing (although sometimes it seems he does).His main weapon is a thin long blue spear with a big hexagonal topaz in the end part, whose blade is able to break the atoms summoned by Elements. By doing this, he can kill an Element in an instant. Instead, when he only wants to restrain an Element, he surrounds them with rotating rings with many little eyes on them (like an Ophanim). By doing this, the Element is isolated and can't get out of the sphere formed by the rings. That's also a way to stop them if they lose control of their powers.

Neutronium doesn't really know when he was born, because he had remained in a deep sleep for a long time. When he woke up, he was floating in the NoWorld, near the border with the Ship World. The Spectres were born a few instants after Dišakamak (the Observer) and Kasânītu were engulfed and corrupted by the darkness of the universe, and Namtar sacrificed ITSELF; their bodies where formed by the Thread of Fate left behind by Namtar. Higgs Boson and him decided to stay in the Ship World. Volkas stayed for a short time, then he went away to create his own world, Didani Tesansha. Strangelet stayed in the NoWorld.At first, Neutronium wasn't much interested in the Ship World. He spent most of his time isolated. When he noticed that a Devil took leadership, he started observing the world more. He introduced himself to Ship Devil and he followed her life. At a certain point, he arrived at the conclusion that the Ship World wasn't protected enough. To him, it was a chaotic world that couldn't defend itself if it was attacked. For this reason, after speaking with Ship Devil (and ignoring her opinion since he doesn't care anyway), he created Nurma. He shared part of his powers with her and gave her control over the first 56 elements. She was really powerful. Neutronium created her with the purpose of fighting for the Ship World. When Ship Devil asked Nurma to become a God and she accepted, Neutronium was indifferent - he was convinced that becoming God wouldn't have changed her original purpose. This is the reason why he keeps insulting Shiphrah in the present. He can't stand that his creation sank so low. When Keziah died, he was a little displeased (only because he considered her entraining, not because he liked her) - but at the same time he hoped that event could shock Shiphrah so much to go back to the past.
Around 60 years before the present, he decided to assign elements to common citizens. There’s two main reasons that led him to this decision: to lessen the burden on him and see how he would feel, and to test out if ordinary people could handle such power. A dangerous test, truth to be told, but he likes to risk everything like this. This doesn’t mean that Neutronium can’t control elements any more – he only shared a fraction of his power. Until a certain point, the assignation of elements wasn't random. When he started, he noticed something he wasn’t expecting: there were babies who possessed a natural affinity to a certain element. This is why Elements weren't born in order from 1 to 118, but mixed. The first one was Protactinium, who is 55 years old. Others followed, who are now in their forties, like Neon and Platina. Most Elements are in their twenties or thirties, and some of them are still kids, like the entire Group 17. Generically, he followed the affinity criterion from element 1 (Hydrogen) to element 87 (Francium), and for some of the heavier nuclei. Elements without an affinity were randomly assigned. In the present all of them are assigned, until element 119.
It was Neutronium himself who suggested to Shiphrah to hire Elements as subordinates, in order to promote the acceptance of Elements in society. An excuse, actually – Neutronium only wanted to show off his “creations”. He also wanted to choose the subordinates, but Shiphrah didn't let him.
The day Shiphrah will commit suicide, he'll be completely indifferent. He'll act as if Shiphrah deserved it, that it was their fault for changing.

He doesn't change much. He's glad that Nurma is always Nurma and he keeps giving her orders like he's always done. He likes Ship Devil more. He can't stand the witches and all of the Blood World, he regrets the day he told Devil about his discovery.

Gabbara Yaldiko. Nurma's father. His age is unknown. Nobody ever saw him, let alone knew him. Nobody knows where he lives. Some question his existence. No news about Nurma's mother as well. Keziah always jokes that Nurma was born from an egg.
ー Good Ending AU (the Blood World doesn't disappear, Ashoka doesn't die, Shiphrah doesn't commit suicide)
He doesn't give a fuck about the Blood World or Ashoka. He'll be extremely pleased to see Shiphrah go back to being like Nurma, and he'll manipulate them even more to ensure not to commit the same mistake again.
